We provide three main categories of consulting engagements:

Case 1: Investigation of anonymous threats written by two different authors collaborating
Case 2: Analysis of Anonymous Threats to Narrow the Suspect Field
Insider Risk Teams: Insider Risk Team Design and Implementation of direct behavioral science training and supervisory support. Also, Insider Risk Team Audit or best practices that align current insider risk policies, practices, personnel and resources to the CPIR.
Relationship Management: Remote assessment methods can be a useful tool throughout the life cycle of relationships, from initial overtures through termination, because many important relationships are initiated and conducted largely online. We assess the strength of critical relationships for intelligence and law enforcement professionals, organizational leaders, sales professionals and other clients.
Research and Development
IRG works with our clients to help build internal risk detection or scoring tools based on the CPIR framework. We have provided direct services modifying Stroz Friedberg’s SCOUT insider risk detection application for specific users. We have also helped organizations modify their current risk detection methods to improve their ability to detect and assess risk using psycholinguistic methods and the CPIR framework. We have also worked with corporate and government analysts to construct valid and reliable risk scales and threat assessment procedures which apply to their specific settings.
